Quran Learning Assistant Terms of Service

Purpose

Quran Learning Assistant (QLA) provides educational tools for Quran reading, memorization, review, meaning study, and recitation practice.

Educational Scope

QLA is not a replacement for a qualified Quran teacher, scholar, or recitation certification. Automated recitation and meaning feedback is a study aid only.

Quran Content

QLA uses Quran Foundation/Quran.com content and cited tafsir sources to support the learner experience. Arabic Quran text must not be modified, misrepresented, resold, or redistributed outside the app experience.

User Responsibility

Learners are responsible for using QLA respectfully and verifying recitation, tajweed, and sensitive meanings with qualified teachers or scholars.

Accounts

Alpha access is currently full-version access for signed-in testers. Supabase may be used for account identity and progress sync. A neutral recitation safety limit may be applied to prevent runaway provider usage.

Changes

QLA may change as the product improves and as upstream API permissions or requirements evolve.
